Parmesan Chicken and Spaghetti

I like this recipe because it's quick, easy, inexpensive and delicious. We all love that! I serve it with the sides of salad and garlic toast. It's chicken patties, topped with melted provolone cheese. I prefer Great Value, the Wal-mart brand. They are all white meat and juicy. Serve with spaghetti noodles, both topped with your favorite spaghetti sauce. Delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breast patties (you can use fresh chicken breasts, but it will cost more)
  • 1/2 box spaghetti noodles
  • spaghetti sauce (your preference, I use Hunts 4 Cheese, it's only .99 cents a can)
  • provolone cheese slices

Directions:

Bake chicken patties at 375 degrees F for 8 minutes. Turn them over and bake for additional 4 minutes. Add a slice of provolone cheese on top each one and bake until melted.

While doing your chicken, let noodles cook in boiling water. If you add a teaspoon of oil to the water, it won't have the white foamy stuff boil up with it.

When chicken and noodles are cooked, serve them side by side both topped with sauce. You're done :) I serve mine with a salad and garlic toast.

I can't wait to try this and I think I'll use an Alfredo sauce I like. Yum!

By chicken patties, do you mean breaded chicken patties? It may not be more expensive if you buy chicken breasts and bread them yourself. Thank you for sharing this recipe!
