My hair is fine and baby soft. The perm was given under a hair dryer and as a result I have frizz, especially on the top and it is also on the thin side. What can I do to correct this?

Basically, all you can do now is keep applying conditioner to your hair and deep conditioning your hair every other day. This will help repair some of the damage to your hair now.
If you went to a salon, ask them to fix it for free
