I got my piercing 4 days ago and have been cleaning it regularly. It doesn't hurt not red. What is it, should I take it out?

Go back to where you got it pierced and show it to them. It doesnt look right to me. They should be able to give you advice.
Its normal it went away.
It could be just scar tissue or like a scab that will go away.

Take out the piercing. I don't think it looks good and it's not practical. What's wrong with the plain body. It's beautiful.
go and see a doctor. One should definitely tell you the problem
After a few days, the wound may have a whitish or clear fluid. This is lymph fluid, not pus. This is normal and may be noticeable for several days after the piercing.
It's plasma and fluid from your body that is part of the healing process and is perfectly normal.
