My great grandmother gave me this doll over 20 years ago and it has been in my closet ever since. Does anyone know how I can find the maker? The only marking I can find is a "Made in China" sticker on the foot. It has a porcelain head, arms/hands (from the elbow down), and legs/feet/shoes (from the knee down). The body is cloth. It is 7 inches tall.

If that is the only marking, then your doll is mass-produced and not worth much.
If you cannot find a marking (even try removing the head) then it won't be easy to identify, giving it less value.
