Quick Oven Hard Boiled Eggs

Put your eggs in a muffin tin put into oven at 325 degrees F for 25-30 minutes. They are easier to peel and taste great.

Sorry but why would you take 30mins to oven cook eggs (using all that fuel) when you can use the old method of boiling, taking 5-10 minutes depending on how you like your eggs?

The poster is correct. I do this all the time and it does require 30 minutes.

A family member tried this and the eggs broke all over the oven. Doesn't sound like fun to me.

I bake my hardboiled eggs in the oven all the time. It frees me up to prepare the remainder of the recipe calling for hard boiled eggs.

I have never had an issue with them breaking all over the oven.

FWIW, I don't even put them in tins. I just set them on the oven rack and bake them for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Then, I immediately put them in a bowl of ice and water to stop the cooking and cool them enough to handle them.
