Check with your local cable/dish service and internet service, as well as your newspaper. In my area, if you refer someone to them, and they mention your name, you get 1 month free service. Last year, I got 1 free month of the newspaper, 1 free month of TV and 1 free month of internet, for a total value of $108. Our propane company will also give us 10 gallons of propane free for a referral, but I haven't managed to do that one yet.
