Can you refreeze thawed beef stew?

It's not going to taste as good. That's for sure. But you can still do it though.
Yes, the stew will be just fine kind of like being a recycler.
I cooked some chicken in broth for soup. I didn't have time to finish making the soup, so I froze it. I want to finish making the soup. After I make the soup, can I refreeze it to eat at a later time?
I would do it if it were me, in fact I have done it. The experts probably would say not to.
