Refrigerator Not Cooling On Top

I have got a double door fridge. The bottom part is cold and the top part is not cold. The fridge is 10 years old. Please give me the correct settings or help.

Do you have a vent blocked inside the fridge? Are your coils dust free (under and behind the fridge). Try to completely defrost it and see if that helps. If not, probably time to call a repairman.

Make sure food is not blocking any of the vents
