Removing Residue from Cornstarch Cleaner from Windows?

I used a cornstarch recipe from this site last spring and have been trying to get the film off the windows ever since. I don't want to have to replace all our windows, but they are far worse than before and nothing will take it off. Any suggestions?

I would try vinegar or a Magic Eraser.

There should not be any residue left at all. Some ppl have confused spray starch with cornstarch. Did u just use ONLY 2 tblsps per 2 cups of water along with the vinegar ?

Try a little lemon juice in water. Use a white rag to gently rub out the spots. Hope this clean it up for you.
