Make sure there are no threads or bits of fabric jamming it, and that the machine is oiled properly.
These are expensive (and sometimes sensitive) machines so maybe you should try getting help at one of your local quilting shops.
Hopefully you have one that specializes in using the Juki machine but it would not hurt to ask for help at any shop.
Usually someone in these shops has repair knowledge and will offer help free of charge.
Some machines require oil while others do not so be sure to find out before attempting this solution.
