If you have the hinge for comparison, you may be able to find a generic at full hardware store such as Ace or True Value or the equivalent type located in Canada.

You can call the manufactures Rubbermaid, but if they are unable to help you - your local hardware stores (like Home Depot, Lowes, ACE, True Value) may have some parts that can be useful.
