How can I restore the shine to 17 year old Formica counters?

You can still buy Jubilee on Amazon. It's not cheap but well worth it. I had used it on my previous countertop that looked brand new still after 17 years and now I have a brand new house and the countertop was so dull and scratched easily etc.
Rainex works great to keep hard water spots off of glass shower doors. I also have a black kitchen sink and it works there, too. So does WD40. May try Rainex on counter tops
I used Rainer on my shower doors it worked great but my bathroom smelled like cat litter box after a couple of times using it. There is a reason it says for outside use only.
