Roasted Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

Roasted Brussels sprouts are a great side dish and are easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar and oil. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Put sprout halves onto cookie sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with balsamic mixture, moving sprouts with a fork to coat.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning half way through. Remove from oven once both sides are slightly brown.

Those look really good and I am going to actually make them. I say actually because before this recipe, I didn't really like them.
