Tasty way to serve brussel sprouts
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
Yield: Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients:
- 3  slices bacon, chopped
 - 2 1/2  cup Brussels sprouts, halved
 - 3/4 cup chicken broth (or apple juice)
 - 1  Tbsp whole-grain mustard
 
Steps:
- Cut bacon into pieces and fry until done.  Remove from pan and drain on paper towel lined plate.  
 
 
- Cut brussel sprouts in half and saute in bacon drippings.  Add 3/4 cup chicken broth.  Add mustard.  Simmer until soft.  Sprinkle bacon on top before serving.
