I have a Singer One Plus sewing machine that keeps slowing/bogging down while sewing. What could be causing this?

Your sewing machine needs a good cleaning and oiling. You will need to really clean the lint and thread out of this machine. If you can't clean the machine I would suggest taking it to an authorizes Singer sewing machine center and having them do it for you.
