- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 clove garlic - crushed
- 3-4 lbs. country style ribs
Combine all but ribs and brush on both sides of ribs. Place ribs in crock pot and pour remaining sauce over ribs. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. Half everything for 2 lbs ribs and use a small clove of garlic or 1/4 tsp. from a jar of crushed garlic. Serve with potato salad (from the market), rolls and a salad.
These ribs are lip smacking good. A lot of the measurements in this recipe depend on the amount of ribs you are using. Use your best judgment and your preference of sticky messy ribs.
- 1 16 oz. bottle of Pepsi/7-up
- 1 small bottle of ketchup (8oz.)
- 1 large green pepper sliced in strips
- 1 large onion sliced in strips
- 6-8 ribs
- 1/2 bottle of barbecue sauce*
*or to the desired thickness in texture
Add ribs and all ingredients to crock pot. Slow cook about 7-8 hours with lid tilted. For an extra use of this recipe, pour the sauce over egg noodles if the ribs aren't too fatty.

- 2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3/4 lb. beef ribs
Combine soy sauce, honey, tomato sauce and garlic. Brush on both sides of ribs. Place in slow-cooking pot. Pour remaining sauce over all. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

In a crock pot, place a sliced onion in the bottom. Put a package of spare ribs in on top of the onion and then cover with a full jar/bottle of BBQ sauce. Cook on high for 1 hours then on low for the rest of the day. Meat is so tender it falls off of the bone!
