Sour Cream Zucchini Bread

This is a great recipe that gives you a lot of the food groups in one recipe. This zucchini bread is great for breakfast, snack, or dessert, and a lunch box favorite. Large amounts can be baked and frozen for later, here's how!

Cook Time: 70 min.

Total Time: 1 hr. 30 min.

Yield: 3 - 1 lb. loaf pans

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Grate zucchini and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl or mixing bowl, add all dry ingredients together. Mix well.
  3. Add oil, eggs, zucchini, raisins, and sour cream. Mix well.
  4. Preheat oven on 350 degrees F. Bake for 1 hr. 10 min.
  5. When done insert tooth pick in center. If it comes out crumb free, its done.
