This looks and sounds delicious! What would you substitute for the red chile paste? I've never seen this in any of the stores I shop, so maybe I can sub something Tasbasco?

You should be able to find chile paste at any large supermarket. The brand I buy is made from the manufacturer of Sriracha and basically has the same flavors, but is chunky. So I would recommend substituting Sriracha instead of Tabasco.
