My daughter is getting married next month and has a child from a previous relationship. Will her husband's income go against the child's Tenncare?

Medicaid usually considers household income. If he joins the household and his income boosts the level, she may not qualify anymore.

There are so many variables that can affect MA benefits. Best to go to the source and verify if there will be changes, which could include opening the door to additional benefits or reducing benefits. It can work either way.
