Stir Fried Onion and Green Pepper

Fried Onion and Green Pepper on dinner plateMy neighbor gave me a bottle of gluten free soy sauce and I tried it with stir fried green peppers and onions. The soy sauce and vinegar gives the onions and peppers such a good flavor, I have started preparing it often. We love it.

Yield: 2 large servings

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Slice onion and green pepper in thin pieces and keep separated.
  2. Heat oil on med/high heat.
  3. oil in pan
     
  4. Add onion to the hot oil and stir fry 1 minute.
  5. Stir Fried Onions in pan
     
  6. Add green pepper and stir fry 5 more minutes (crisp tender).
  7. Stir Fried Onion and Green Pepper in pan in pan

  8. Add soy sauce, vinegar and black pepper.
  9. Stir Fried Onion and Green Pepper
     
  10. Stir fry another minute or until desired tenderness.
  11. Stir Fried Onion and Green Pepper finished in pan
