Teresa's Special Meatloaf

This is my special meatloaf that is fast easy and delicious that my family enjoys for dinner.


  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 egg
  • Advertisement

  • pinch grated Parmesan cheese
  • pinch cinnamon sugar
  • ketchup
  • Heinz 57 sauce


Preheat oven on 350 degrees F.

Put hamburger meat in a large bowl. Crack one egg in it, then add Morton Nature Seasons Seasoning Blend (No MSG), pinch of grated Parmesan cheese, and pinch of cinnamon sugar. Use both hands and start mixing together by kneading the mixture carefully.

Put hamburger meat mixture on the double boiler. Form it with your hands to make a loaf. Get a long pan that can hold warm water to suspend meat above the water. Put warm water in pan just to cover pan, but not fill it. Put double boiler on pan.

Put ketchup in a zigzag on top of the meat, then Heinz 57 also on the loaf in a zigzag. Put meatloaf in the oven. Be careful not to spill anything. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour.


Take out of oven and enjoy!
