Touching Up Recently Dyed Hair?

I colored my hair black 4 days ago. It looked great, and this morning I went to curl it with my straightening iron, and noticed it actually brought back my nasty red color in a couple of blotches. I'm wondering if I'm able to buy more black hair dye and just color those areas again. Please help!

Yes, you can touch up the red spots with more dye. It will not hurt your hair.

Yes, you can do that if the dye didn't take the first time.
