Truck Heater Blowing Cold Air?

I have a 2015 Promaster 3500 heater that is not blowing out hot air. Both core hoses run hot, the control can blow either the defrost or the dash OK, but it just blows cold air. I will be going out on the road around February or March when Dr. says I can need hot air.

Sometimes the problem is the blend door actuator. There are YouTube videos on this, if you want to attempt to do it yourself.

Possible issues:

  • broken heater blower motor
  • thermostat problem
  • failed heater blower motor resistor
