Truck Heater Not Working Properly?

Why is my heater turning on with the truck powered down? Also, when you drive, it turns off and on when it wants to. Only high speed works.

If it works sporadically, you may have a thermostat problem.

It sounds like a short. You might need a mechanic to check it out.
