I turn the stove on and my hood light goes off and bedroom power goes out, but the stove keeps working.

You need a professional for this(Electrician). This could be a hazard!
There is definitely something wrong with the wiring. You need a licensed electrician.
If this is a new issue then there is some sort of electrical short in your wiring and this can be dangerous. You need to contact a professional and have your house checked out before a fire starts in the wiring.
This sounds like it needs a professional. Be sure to tell them if you had anything done to the house immediately prior or what happened just before it started...like was there a storm, did something fall on the stove, etc.
