Using Permanent Hair Color Over Temporary Color?

I have recently coloured my hair with Missha 7 day hair colour treatment. But I want to dye it to burgundy. So my question is, if I colour my hair with a long lasting hair dye over this hair treatment colour, will it last? Or will it wash away with the 7 day treatment? I have a party in a few days, like in 3 days, so I want to dye the hair.
