Electric KnifeCutting a fresh pineapple is not nearly as daunting as most people think. And it tastes so much better and is much less expensive than buying them cut. I buy them at a discount supermarket for $2 to $3. One day it just occurred to me to use my electric knife instead of a chef's knife. I buzzed through it in no time with very little waste. Oh so easy!

Use it for everything in the kitchen, including partially frozen meat, cooked meats, veggies (tomatoes, etc.) bagels, breads, etc.
