I found a few Ashley Belle dolls while cleaning my parents storage. I have no clue on these dolls and their value, nor do I have COA. Is there a way I can find out the value or order the COA? At least on this one which has the box? Thanking you in advance, hope to hear from you soon.

These are mass-produces dolls worth at most $25
I would do a search on "Google" put all the info. you have and see what comes up. Or check on eBay and see if there are any dolls like yours listed for sale. Even check Craigslist.
Judy is correct in that Ashley Belle dolls are mass produced and usually sell for $10-$25 if and when they sell. There is always a large quantity listed on eBay (the world's largest doll selling site) and it is a buyer's market for dolls - so many to choose from - all brands, all sizes, all styles, low prices.
Sadly these dolls did not hold their value as there were so many made in the 1980s/1990s. That said you can figure out their exact market value fairly easily with the knowledge that valuing dolls is a challenge because they are only worth what someone will pay for them at the moment.
My recommendation when people are trying to value their dolls is to find the EXACT doll on eBay or another site look for prices.
The challenge is DO NOT look at asking prices, this only tells you what someone thinks they are worth (I can list something and ask for a million dollars, but if no one will pay that the item is essentially valueless). You need to look at SOLD prices--which is what someone actually pays.
The challenge with this method, is when a seller accepts best offer (like on eBay) all this tells the researcher is the person paid as little as 1 cent up through 1 cent under asking price--most sellers are not willing to disclosure what the buyer actually paid and all eBay tells you is best offer was accepted.
In that case, if I am trying to sell, I usually start an item at 10% less than the ASKED price and tell people I consider reasonable offers.
I don't see the sweetie in the picture either listed now, or sold in the recent past so she will be harder to value at the moment.
I always suggested going into eBay frequently and see if there are new listings to watch or sold to find a value if there is nothing today. This is a very fluid market.
Because of today's glut market (tons up for sale) I am of the mind to hold on to them for the future. They may or may not gain value as value is, as I said, what someone is willing to pay.
My suggestion to hold them is based on experience...we are in a PURGE market at the moment where everyone wants to get rid of their dolls to make some extra cash or get back a closet or both.
Some day, there is going to be a contingent of people who are going to look back fondly on the pretty doll that sat on the shelf and want to recreate that memory and they will buy...which means since the supply is going to be low as everyone trashed or donated or sold for cheap theirs now, in 10-20 years, there may be a want for them.
Just my 2 cents worth for what it is worth :)
I understand this isn't what people want to hear when they ask for a value of a doll they find when cleaning out a loved one home. But these dolls will only bring a value of $5 to $20 at most depending on supply and demand. They are mass produced and people are just not buying them like they use to buy them.
