The actual value of this set will depend on the condition of dolls (new or used/displayed), if every original item is intact (no missing pieces), and if you have the original boxes.

  • There are also several versions of this set and one version may be more valuable than another.
  • You mention "doll set" so does your set include a manger?
  • As was mentioned in other posts the set that sold for $154.95 was the lower cost set (wooden cradle and no music) but the set was new and still in the original boxes and that alone would influence the value of the set.

  • Many people decide to sell these as individual pieces instead of as a set. One reason may be the cost of shipping (and the trouble shipping large items). The individual pieces seem to be selling for $15 - $35 each but condition again will be the key to value.
  • If you plan to sell your set, I would suggest you list your set ASAP as people will start buying Christmas scenery soon. eBay and Etsy are good places to list on line.
  • Craigslist is an excellent sale site and there is no shipping involved and usually cash is paid on site.
  • I would suggest you review the sold sites given and compare your set with the sets shown so you will know if the sold price set is similar to yours.
  • You can always start your asking price at $225 and wait to see if anyone shows an interest - if not - lower the price and wait again.
  • This set sold for $150 several years ago but it has very good photos for you to review.

  • This is the set with the "gold" manger but has not sold - has good photos. One reason for not selling yet could be the high shipping cost charged - $105 (too high).

Be sure to take lots of clear pictures as this is what helps to sell an item on eBay or Craigslist.

If your set of dolls is complete and there are 8 dolls in the set, I have found one that sold on eBay. However, this set had a baby Jesus with the dolls when it sold.

The selling price for the set was $154.99. This set actually sold and the listing wasn't cancelled.
