You are right - this is a cute doll. The problem with value is that Ashton Drake dolls are all mass produced so they keep the market flooded and there is very little resale value.
If you want to be more specific about what a doll like yours is selling for, you will need her name so maybe it will be on the box or the paperwork.

Ashton Drake dolls are mass-produced and decrease in value, even if never taken out of the box. I would say your doll is worth $25.
