Value of Cathay Doll "Babbette"?

A porcelain doll dressed in pink.I have Cathay Doll 16539 Pink - Babbette. No number on the neck - 5000 but there is the authenticity card. Is this a real Cathay doll or a fake?

I think you have a real Cathay doll, but because these are mass produced dolls, somebody forgot to add number on the neck.

I found similar doll Cathay Collection Porcelain Doll 1-5000 Limited Edition 12" tall, but with name Alicin
at $15

Most of these dolls are mass-produced and there are so many dolls of this brand as well as similar brands listed online, the value is very low and probably will remain low as the market continues to be flooded on a daily basis.

Your doll is lovely but when you see how many dolls are numbered 1-5000 you'll be able to understand why we say they are mass produced.
Your doll should have the number; 1-5000, as this is the number placed on all of their mass-produced dolls. Your doll's COA has the number; 326 - 5000 but the number on dolls like this does not have any real meaning. The 5000 is the important number.

You may not find your exact doll but there are so many similar dolls that it is easy to see the value is low - usually less than $35 but most are less than $20.
You do not provide the size of your doll but generally, if the doll is over 20 inches the value may be slightly more.

If you look at eBay's similar dolls listed for sale you can get a general idea of how many dolls are available.

You can narrow the search by checking the size of your doll.

eBay's sold listings show how much people are really paying for these dolls:

It looks like a genuine Cathay Collection doll, but these dolls are mass produced and there are several for sale. On ebay alone there are 4,800+ results for cathay collection dolls & most dolls aren't worth very much. You may get $25 @ most for your doll.
