She is very pretty but her value will probably be under $40 and there are so many dolls listed for sale that some sellers have dolls listed for years and they may never sell.
You can check eBay's sold listings for value of similar dolls (I did not find any evidence that your doll was 'special') to see what people are actually paying for Duck house dolls.
You will find that Indian dolls usually sell for more money, as well as bride dolls and 'lamp' dolls.
Likewise, you may see some crazy prices but these are not legitimate sales so should be ignored.
