She is a really cute doll.
The market has been flooded with similar dolls (all brands, sizes, and types) for several years and this makes for a 'buyer's market' and brings the value of these dolls down to a very low price.
The majority of dolls are mass-produced, and this also lowers their value.
It appears that your doll was made by Heritage Collections but made for: a company called; Collections ETC..
Collections ETC. is a company that buys large quantities of items from different companies and then sells them from their website and also sells to other companies under their brand name.

Value of your doll will probably be $18 - $25, but it may take a long time to sell. Selling time is unpredictable, but many dolls have been listed for years and still not sold.

With good pictures and a good description, your doll may sell faster, especially if posted soon, as 'fall' will soon be here.
In the photo, your doll has a Certificate of Authenticity, which says that this is a Heritage Signature Collection doll. Do you have the original box too?
