Value of Porcelain Doll?

A porcelain baby doll. When I was 5, my neighbor gave me this doll before moving out. She was 60ish, I'm 13 now. The doll says 733FA on its neck. I'm not sure if it means anything or not and if it has anything to do with the price or date or whatnot. I can't find any date or anything on the doll. I want to sell the doll to get some extra money. How much would be reasonable to sell it for?

I'm sorry but the numbers do not bring any brand to mind.
I Would recommend sending some pictures and ask your question on some of the doll forums as they may recognize your doll and provide information you will need to sell her.
I do wish to say that I hope you do not think she is very valuable (although we would hope so) as dolls of all kinds are so plentiful the value for 90-95% of dolls sold will be sold for under $35.
But; just as important; dolls are usually very slow to sell and some dolls will be listed for sale for months/years and may never sell.

If you want help identifying your doll you will need several pictures.

A full picture of full length doll - front and back (taken from above the doll and not on a slant); picture with full dress clothes; picture with no clothes; close up of face and hair and don't forget; front and back of all pictures.
The size of doll also and try to describe her body as best you can.
I know this may sound like a lot to do but you are asking an 'adult' question and this is the way to get a full answer so please think about trying this.
