I need to find the worth of this porcelain doll. The box says Royale collection by/de reclam. At least as old as 1992, says the sales paper.

These are mass-produced dolls that have greatly declined in value, even if never taken out of the box. You will probably not be able to sell it at all.
Can you please show a photo of the box and a much clearer photo of the doll?
There is a Royal Collection by Cathay that I have sold, but I don't know Royale collection by/de reclam.
Also how tall is she?

There is a Royal Collection' made by several companies but without seeing the box and complete doll providing information will be difficult.

It is impossible to find this maker. It seems to me that since you wrote de, which means by from French, then the doll is French. To clarify the name of the company, additional photographs of what is written on the box are needed. Could you please take photos of the box? If there is a certificate or mark on the doll, then take photos of this too.
