I Bought this hand carved sculpture and it has a signature on it and says St. Lucia W.I. It's 50 inches tall by 13 inches wide. I was wondering what the value might be and what exactly it is?

Your mask is fairly large so when estimating value it would be a good idea to research what it will cost to ship it.
Considering the size and weight, it's possible the cost would be more than the value of the mask itself.
If you're just curious if you paid too much or if you got a bargain then most likely, if you paid more than $35, you paid too much. However, if you like it and plan to keep it then whatever you paid was a bargain.
Buying it to resell? $10 may have been too much.
This mask was hand carved by sculptors in St. Lucia W.I as this is one of their specialties and has been a vocation for hundreds of years.
If you decide to sell your mask, I would recommend listing it on Facebook marketplace and other sites that show local items and list it with 'pick up only'. Start your price at whatever you desire and accept offers.
Maybe you'll get lucky and it will sell quickly.
