These were inexpensive dolls and the companies made several thousand of each style and most were sold in lower end stores like K Mart, drug stores, and toy stores in the malls.
There are about 30,000 similar dolls (and also expensive dolls) presently listed on eBay and dolls are very slow sellers.
The sellers may list these dolls at higher prices but the current value is only when an exact doll sells as that represents what someone is willing to pay for that doll.
You may not find this exact doll but very similar (except in nice boxes) are selling for $4 - $25 but not very many are being sold. You can look at some of these dolls.

This is a Google link for this artist - you might search some of the pictures to see if you can find your doll to see if she sold.
If you list a doll for sale it may be best to list it on more local sites and offer 'free pickup' instead of shipping.

Any possible value that this doll might have (and not much more than $20 at that) is mitigated by the fact that the packaging is in such poor condition.
