Value of a Traditions Collection Doll?

I have a certified Traditions Collection Doll named Gloria. It is in the box, never opened or unwrapped. Do you know anything about this porcelain doll?

This is a doll that is mass produced and not worth much at all. I see them selling on eBay for $15 to $20. Many doll makers add the words collectable or one of a kind or even limited edition to the papers. That doesn't change the fact the doll is mass produced and so many people own this doll.
