This is the Fairy Villas. It is very expensive. Replacements.com is out of stock on this plate. Smaller plates are $199, so yours is more.

The piece is considered, Stone China, it has the Fairy Villas mark. Made by
W. Adams & Co TUNSTALL in ENGLAND between 1891 and the early 1900's.
