It looks to have been resurfaced and almost looks brand new. It has brass claw legs, is 38 inches in length, 20 in. wide and 16 in. high. Can anyone tell me how much it's worth?

From what I have seen on eBay, it is in the $225-$250 range.
This one sold on a reputable site for $25 in 2014:

There are none sold on eBay at the moment to see it the value is higher there. The market for these type of pieces has held fairly steady for the last 5 years so it may be slightly higher, but I am guessing not.
