When I bought him, I thought he was a Pit Bull, but as he got a lil older his fur is a lil bit thicker than a Pit Bull and Pit Bulls don't have extra skin. My puppy also drools and slobbers. Could he be an American Bulldog? From what I have read about Bulldogs my puppy has a lot of those characteristics. What do you think?

I think Sharpei mix, which would explain all the extra skin - His muzzle in particular looks more like a sharpei's than a bull dogs. Like most dogs anymore, he's probably a mix of several breeds. You can order a DNA test through the vet if finding out the breed is important to you.
