Can anyone figure out his breed? I was told he was a Chihuahua. The first picture is him now and the second one is when he was 4 months.

He is not a purebred chihuahua in my opinion. You could get a DNA test to be sure.
He does not look like a full chihuahua but the only way to know what mix is with a DNA test. These tests usually cost between $65 and $100 dollars (or more). You can buy DNA test kits on line (least expensive), or some PetSmart stores have a vet that does these also. Your vet can run a test (usually the most expensive).
