My husband and I bought a dog for our kids for Christmas. We bought the dog off of Craigslist and the lady told us he was a Yorkiepoo. I needed a hypoallergenic dog since I am allergic. However, now that he has grown up a bit, he really does not look like a Yorkiepoo. I am still not having allergic reactions to him so I am really curious to know what kind of dog he is! We love him no matter what he is, but it would still be nice to know. Does anyone have any idea by looking at the pictures?

I love his mix, Gorgeous! He has the characteristics of both dogs, which is unique to him! I feel the owner was right. Enjoy your fur baby!
He seems to have a lab mix.He is very cute.
He might be a Yorkiepoo but his feet are so large for this breed of dog. I would almost say he might have some black lab mixed in with him.
Thank you so much for the responses. I have been looking at a lot of pictures online and the breed I found looked the most like him was an Australian shepherd & Black lab mix. He is very smart and actually just jumped into our pool yesterday and swam like a champ!

I see a little Chihuahua (apple head), a little Yorkie (the eyes), a little poodle (fluffy fur) and maybe a little hound in those paws.
Those paws are huge and sturdy!! It reminds me of our dachshund who is a small boy (right now he is 14 pounds). When we got him we were sure the rescue was wrong and that he was a giant dog because he was all giant paws and giant head. Nope...he is all doxie with giant Clydesdale paws--he did grow into his over sized head though :)
