What Breed Is My Dog?

A dog lying on a bed.I bought her from a random Craigslist ad and they didn't know anything about her. Just wanna know others thoughts! I'm thinking pit terrier and lab or pointer mix. She's so petite tho to be just pit. She's all black and muscular like a pit but her ears are huge. You just can't tell cause they're so floppy when she gets really excited one stands up more than the other and you can really see she looks like a bat dog or toothless from How to Train Your Dragon!

I definitely see pit in the face. You might want to have a DNA test done to see the complete bloodline.

Only a DNA can tell you for sure, I am going with Boxer/Pit Bull mix. Getting the DNA will give your fur babies history , this will help with the life of your pet, and certain issues that may come with that breed.

Just a guess....but I'm going with part Staffordshire Terrior...because of the shape of the ears of your cute pup:

The longer nose of your fur baby appears to be more Labrador:

If you'd like more info on your pup, DNA tests run around $100:

I think this is a black Pit Bull Terrier mixed breed puppy, because I found one very similar to your dog: www.alamy.com/stock-image-a-black-pit-bull-terrier...
But the most accurate way to identify the breeds present in your mixed-breed dog is through the use of DNA testing.

I think 'random' from Craigslist means she was just waiting for you to adopt her. Beautiful dog - coat looks so healthy/shiny black!
Just love that outfit!! You have a model in the making.

There are so many things you need to know to even make an educated guess when it comes to mixed breeds.
Your pup is probably too young to be able to pinpoint even the 1 or 2 prominent breeds.
Did you see the parents of your pup? Any clues to adult size?

More information would be needed but the only way to tell any pets breeding is with a DNA test.
Sometimes fairly accurate breed IDs can be 'guessed' if we know the age, weight, size/measurements, and have pictures of the pup's full side standing up, full facial features, etc.
Your pictures are pretty good but the pup's still pretty young to be able to see his full features.

DNA tests are expensive but if you can afford this one-time cost, the test will provide a lot of health information as well as a lot of useful information.

A DNA test can cost between $65 to several hundred dollars but generally, the least expensive will proved the information you're seeking.
You can find them online, in pet stores and at your vet.

I hope you have already started her shots/vaccinations as these are the most important thing you can do for your pup.

From behind the ears, I see a German Shepherd Pitbull mix or maybe a  Shepherd Pitbull Lab mix
www.pinterest.com/.../
but you do not write how old your dog is.
The German Shepherd Pitbull mix is the first-generation offspring of a German Shepherd (GSD) and an American Pit Bull Terrier (APBT or Pittie). German Shepherd Pitbull mix may look more like a Pitbull than a German Shepherd - with a large head, a short muzzle, and folded-over ears, but they may also have a longer snout like the German Shepherd; it depends on who is the more dominant parent.

The Coat is short to medium in length and typically thick and dense, in a variety of colors like tan, black, white, fawn, and gray.
www.k9web.com/.../
The German Shepherd Pitbull Lab Mix, is a mixed breed dog resulting from breeding the German Shepherd, Pitbull, and Labrador Retriever.
But some mixed breed dogs look like a purebred dog without actually being related to that breed at all. The only way to know if your dog is a purebred or mixed breed is by testing its DNA.
