His name is Buddy. He is 5 months old and we were told when we picked him up from a breeder he was a full Pomeranian. We have always thought he seems a little long and tall for a Pom and even his snout seems a little long too.

A Pomeranian, I suspect or at a cross of Pomeranian. These are a lovely breed of dog.
PS. There are 3 different sizes in the poms - some snouts are short , some are as this one is - the medium size Poms have long legs as well - like your little one. Regardless he is lovely.
