What Breed Is My Dog?

I got this puppy almost a week ago off Craigslist. There were several ads for him saying he was different dog breeds, Poodle mix, Jack Russell, and Chihuahua. All the ads had his picture with different names for him. I didn't really care what kinda dog he was cause he was so cute. The lady was really shady about where we met and said she was delivering lots of puppies that day. I'm guessing a puppy mill or something. He had lots of fleas that took forever to get off, but is all good now. I don't know what breed he is, but I had a Papillion when I was younger and I think his body kinda looks similar, but not his face or floppy ears. Although his ears are fluffy. He is very hyper, but sleeps a lot.

He is supposed to be 4 months old. He weighs about 5lbs. He loves food and anything he can get in his mouth. He's very smart. He is scared of any noise outside, but very very curious. He loves being in water and holding his head out the window of our truck. He was super friendly with everyone when we got him, but now he barks and growls every time someone even comes close to me or my husband. He can jump really high. His bark sounds like a bear and he howls sometimes. He also hates being alone. If he falls asleep on the bed and we have gone into another room, when he wakes up he screams like a baby and gets so excited to see us come back he can't breathe.
