My dog is a 4 month old female and weighs 24 pounds.
What breed is she? I was told she is German Shepherd, but I think she is a cross breed. What dog is she crossed with?

To me she looks like a pure bred German Shepherd. She's not done growing yet! Wait until she's 16-18 months old. Dogs are funny - around 6 months of age they "blow" their puppy coat. Don't worry when she looses it you'll know, you will have wall-wall dog hair. Keep brushing it out (about a month of it). Her new coat will come in and some dogs have another permanent color to their coat. She's beautiful and both of you are lucky you found each other.
