I have no idea but it's one of the cutest dogs I've seen.

I'd say terrier of some kind. They have a "beard" like that. We had a purebreed Miniature Schnauzer that looked a lot like your baby when we let his fur grow out (we didn't get his ears cropped so they were cute and floppy like your baby's too).
