What Is This Garden Plant?

It has a three leaf cluster like a poison ivy with toothed margins. It is not poison ivy. That is just a description of the look. It has puffed seed balls that are airy and pop when stepped on or squeezed. I can't get the pic to load. It is located in Louisiana. It is a vining old time plant that we used to call May pops, but is not a passionflower. Anyone know?

It is very difficult to tell you the name of a plant when we can't see it. Explaining this is fine, but if we can't see a picture it isn't possible to give you the correct name. Please upload a photo for us to see.
