It is a Nightshade, aka Solanum Dulcamara, Snakeberry, and Blue Bindweed. I'd be careful.

It looks like it is in the nightshade family maybe solanum crispum. Some sites say it is toxic... some don't. Here are 2 links for more info.

I suspectedit might be a nightshade of some sort,Chilean potato vine maybe.a very pretty plant when in flower and easy to prune back.
